The Strong Man Strikers is a fun and competitive game where participants swing a mallet to hit a target and try to ring the bell at the top.

GRAFFITI WORKSHOP

Time: 11 am till 6 pm

AGES: 8 years +
If your child age 6/7 wants to join in, please discuss with me in a email.
HOW LONG: up to one hour per session
HOW TO BOOK IN: It is Pre-BOOKED means you need to inbox Facebook message me (Carly Martin) or contact via email with the time slot you like for your children.

WHAT MATERIALS DO THEY USE: Water-based spray paint, nozzles, cardboard and easels.
PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT: Clean overalls, latex-free disposable gloves, FPP3 grade face masks, protector shoe covers and clean goggles.
Health/Medical Conditions:
In terms of children with breathing difficulties that’s probably best placed for a parent or carer to decide. If wearing a mask would affect them or make their condition worse. You know what is best for your children.
Wheelchair users: please let me know and I can sort it out for you.

Sauna and Ice Bath

Time: 9 am till 5 pm

A fire and ice session lasts 60 mins, and x1 sauna can up to 8 people and the ice bath also seats 8. In this session, customers are recommended to do 3x cycles of hot and cold- 12 mins of hot and 3 mins of cold respectively. The tickets are LIMITED, please contact Carly Martin if you are interested book this session.

Escape the Van

Time: 10 am till 5 pm

A great experience for the family, group or couples to share a create memories! Teams of 2-6 players have to work together to find clues, solve puzzles and break locks in these fun and challenging escape room experiences for 10 mins! The open booking for your name start in June 2025.
